Our programs open up the market for home buyers regardless of their current credit situation. We work with a network of realtors and sellers across Texas to offer a virtually limitless inventory of homes across the state.

Down payments start at as little as 5% of the purchase price and will be credited to you when you are qualified for your bank loan (after you have completed the credit improvement plan we will generate for you at no additional cost.)

We connect you with the resources you need to repair your credit quickly and successfully. You will lease the home until you are qualified to purchase it.

At closing, we will negotiate 3% in closing costs from the seller.

We'll help you repair your credit as part of the Rent-to-Own program.
